Attorney Richard W. Moore has been practicing law in Maryland since 1965 and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Dick graduated from Loyola College in 1962 with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his L.L.B. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1965. Admitted to Maryland Bar 1965. Listed in Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Practice concentrations include representing and advising closely-held businesses, estate planning, immigration law, personal injury, and administrative law. Dick has practiced before all state and federal courts and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Paralegal Richard W. Moore, JR (Rick) has been working in the legal profession since 1992 and concentrates in immigration law, estate and tax planning, and estate administration (probate). He graduated from the University of Richmond cum laude in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. Recipient of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) accounting scholarship and the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business scholarship. Named to Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. Passed Certified Public Accountant exam 1987. Law Foundation Scholar, University of Baltimore, 1987. Awarded Avvo's Client Choice for Immigration Attorney, and the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell (Less than 1% of the 900,000+ attorneys listed on martindale.com and lawyers.com have been accorded this Martindale-Hubbell honor of distinction).
